HOT N SPICY SPAGHETTI

INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti, boiled al dente
chicken breast, sliced
10-15 pieces of chilli, blend
one clove of garlic, blend
2 onions, blend
3 cups of fresh milk or a can of evaporated milk, any brand
maggi chicken cube or any brand
3-4 spoons cooking oil
salt, to taste
sugar, to taste

1. Fry blended ingredients
2. Simmered and thickened, add in sliced chicken breast
3. Cooked, add in fresh milk, salt, sugar to taste and 2 chicken cubes
4. Add in the spaghetti.
5. Mixed well
6. Serve hot
7. Garnish with spring onion
8.. Aghhhh...yummmyyyyy

Mushroom Soup

Bahan2

1 liter fresh milk
2 sp buttercup
10 button mushroom,dipotong dadu kecil2
2 sp tepung gandum
3 ketul chicken kiub maggi
1 tsp garam
1/2 cup tpg gndum, cairkan dlm 2 cwn air, tapis
2 sp serbuk/daun oregano
2 cawan air

Cara2

Panaskan butter dgn api perlahan. Masukkan 2 sp tpg gndum.kacau. masukkan susu.Kacau, jgn tinggal!Masukkan kiub ayam,garam,mushroom dan oregano. Masukkan air.Biar mendidih, tuang bancuhan tpg gndum yg tlh ditapis perlahan-lahan.Awasi kepekatan soup sampai pekat mcm kita  nak. Jgn tuang terus air tpg gndum tu...bahaya!Kacau terus sampai mndidih dan masak.Angkat. Hidang dgn roti...nak roti garlic. pi beli garlic spread kat Tesco..sedap loh! better then mushroom soup kat pizza hut oi!!!!

Potato Soup

Bahan-bahan
3 ketul ubi kentang USA-potong dadu
2 ketul broccoli
3 batang leek-hiris 1/2 inch
3 labu bawang Holland-mayang
3 sudu bsr buttercup
4 ketul maggi chicken cube
garam 2 sudu teh
1 1/2 liter air
Fresh milk 3/4 liter

Cara-cara
Tumis bawang dalam butter.
Setelah layu bawang masukkan potato yg didadu. Kacau sekejap. Masukkan air.
Bila potato empuk,masukkan chicken cube,garam broccoli dan leek. masak sampai leek dan broccoli empuk. tutup api. Biarkan sejuk. Blender.masukkan semua yang sudah dikisar tadi kedalam periuk. Panaskan dengan api perlahan. Masukkan fresh milk. Kacau selalu agar tidak berkerak. Bila mendidih, tutup api.Boleh dihidangkan dengan garlic bread atau roti biasa. Enjoy!!!

syahid demi tanah tumpah darah tercinta.

Darah merah menyimbah bumi Gaza,
demi mempertahankan kesucian Al-Aqsa
Derita,airmata,kehilangan harta dan benda,
sudah sebati dengan jiwa
tiada lagi hilai ketawa...

PadaMu Ya Allah,
Ku pohon segala,
Selamatkanlah saudaraku di Gaza,
Rahmati mereka lindungi mereka,
makbulkan doaku demi Islam tercinta.

RESEPI BONDA- KARI IKAN PATIN

Bahan-bahan:-
1 ekor ikan patin(sederhana bsr)
2 bungkus rempah kari ikan (cap apa pun xpa. Ikut kesukaan le)
1 labu bawang besar
5 ulas bawang merah
6 ulas bawang putih
1/2 sudu bsr halba campur
5 tangkai daun kari
2 sudu bsr asam jawa (perah ambil air)
6 biji bendi/2 biji terung bulat
3 biji tomato
Santan pekat (beli RM2 pun dah ckp)
4-5 cawan air
4 sudu besar minyak masak
garam
sedikit ajinomoto

Cara-caranya:
1. Cuci ikan, rendam dalam air garam + limau nipis selama 10 minit. bersihkan dan toskan
2.Sediakan bahan menumis. Mayang 5 ulas bwg merah, 3 ulas bwg putih + 3 tangkai daun kari + halba campur.
3.Sediakan rempah:- Bwg besar+3 ulas bwg putih ditumbuk dan campurkan dalam rempah.masukkan air sikit dan 2 tangkai daun kari.
4.Panaskan minyak dalam periuk.Tumis bahan menumis. Api jangan kuat.kacau sampai bawang jadi perang.
5.Masukkan rempah.kacau, tambah air setengah cawan.Api perlahankan. Kacau sampai naik minyak.Jaga jgn sampai rempah hangit ye!
6. Rempah dah btl2 masak bila naik minyak. So boleh masukkan 4 cawan air dan air asam jawa.Biar mendidih, masukkan ikan.Baik2 kacau nanti ikan patin hancur.Masukkan santan pekat.kacau perlahan-lahan kalau guna terung,masukkan terung sebelum ikan. kalau guna bendi boleh masukkan lepas ikan. tomato pun masukkan kemudian, nnti hancur.masukkan garam dan sedikit ajinomoto.
7.kacau skali skala.make sure api perlahan.Ikan patin mudah hancur, so pandai2 la mengacau kari kome tu!
8.Bila dah pecah minyak, boleh tutup api.Hidang dengan nasi putih and sambal jawa tu!

Resepi Bonda-Sambal Jawa

Bahan-bahan:

3-5 biji tomato masak
20 biji cili padi
2 labu bawang putih
3 inci belacan
4 sudu besar minyak masak
gula 2 1/2 sd bsr dan garam secukup rasa

Penyediaan bahan:

Tomato dipotong dadu
Cili padi dihiris nipis
Bawang putih dimayang nipis/dicincang

Cara memasak:

Panakan kuali.
Masukkan minyak.Bila minyak panas, tumis bawang putih sampai perang.Masukkan cili padi dan balacan.Kacau sampai belacan hancur dan air kering dan naik bau.Masukkan tomato,gula dan garam secukup rasa.Kacau sampai tomato lembek,air kering dan sebati. Tutup api. Biar sejuk. Tumbuk guna mortar and pestel...(lesung batu ler)
Hidang dgn nasi panas and ulam pucuk ubi rebus atau apa2 ulam pun bolehla....

Ramadhan Datang dan Pergi

Assalamualaikum wbr my brothers and sisters,

Ramadhan is going.  Today is the 26th day of Ramadhan. I haven't done much for the past 26 days. I have only read a few pages of the Quran.I was busy with God knows what, doing this and that. Nothing much to do with what pious people are doing! Mostly concerning my daily routine as a teacher and a mother.Time sure flies. If I am not mistaken, those who feel that time flies too fast have no 'barakah' in their life.OMG..am I one of them? Nau'zubillahiminzalik!
       Few days ago, I heard a talk on Ramadhan. Jibril(Gabriel) mentioned that those who leave Ramadhan without being forgiven by Allah are considered the unluckiest! Again, I thought about me being one of those people!!!
       Well,
Since Ramadhan is going in a few days, I would do my best to gain Allah's love. O Dear God, bless me!I can't turn the clock back, but surely these few days would be spent on things that would gain rewards..Come on brothers and sisters! let's do it. Allah is the most merciful and the most kind.
